EDIZIONE prices cargo and delivery at checkout according to the specified product categories;

• Shipping Fee for Large Furniture (Seat, Dining Table, Buffet etc.): 1500 TL

• Shipping Fee for Small Furniture (Chairs, Coffee Tables, Stools, etc.): 200 TL

• Shipping Fee for Accessories and Textiles (Candle Holder, Placemat, etc.): FREE

Shipping charges are determined based on product categories and product volumes.

Since the deliveries of FURNITURE orders are provided by shipping companies, the shipping fee paid in the cancellation/return transactions to be made as of the departure of the order will be deducted from the BUYER's return fee.

EDIZIONE will deliver your ACCESSORIES and TEXTILE orders to the contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi Kargo) within 1 (one) week from the date of receipt.

EDIZIONE delivers your FURNITURE orders to you with a contracted shipping company within 6 (six) weeks from the date of receipt.

In the event that EDIZIONE cannot supply the ordered products, it may supply another good, provided that it receives verbal/written approval by informing the BUYER within three (3) days from the date of learning about this situation. In cases where the BUYER does not approve, the order is canceled and the payment is refunded.

In case of extraordinary situations (such as adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, earthquake, flood, or curfew), the SELLER informs the BUYER by contacting the BUYER regarding the failure to deliver the product within the legal period of 30 (thirty) days. In this case, the BUYER can cancel the order, order a similar product, or wait until the emergency is over.
